We are currently hiring Back of House Bakery Team Members to join our energetic team. This is a hands-on role that requires a passion for baking and the physical stamina to thrive in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment. The position starts early in the morning, typically between 4am and 5am, to ensure that our baked goods are fresh and ready for our customers. This role involves a variety of tasks from mixing and weighing dough with precision to operating ovens and preparing ingredients such as cream cheese and vegetables. The ideal candidate enjoys moving, hustling, and contributing to a team, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, and taking pride in delivering quality products consistently. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to occasionally support the front of house team during busy periods, fostering versatility and team cohesion.
