Job Requirements
- Must be able to follow recipes
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (4-6 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive movements such as bending and twisting

Job Duties
- Prepare food by following recipes including labeling and storage
- Complete prep lists and work assigned positions on the line such as salads, sauté, grill, tickets

- Clean and breakdown kitchen equipment at the end of shifts as directed
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously
- Operate food preparation equipment safely
