Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards with adherence to safe food handling practices
  • cook products using grill, broiler, ovens, and fryers
  • assemble sandwiches and wrap or package them
  • clean, slice and prepare produce to meet business demand
  • temper and label products with discard date as directed by management
  • monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products
  • clean, organize, and restock all stations
  • clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors
  • provide positive guest service experience
  • follow guest service guidelines and procedures
  • work assigned station accurately and productively
  • ensure guests receive hot, quality products according to menu standards
  • handle all food products according to company procedures
  • follow food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • support restaurant success by accomplishing expected work
  • support management directives
  • follow food and cash control guidelines
  • use products, supplies, equipment and facilities properly
