The role of Ayudante de Cocina (Kitchen Assistant) at Sodexo is a part-time position based at T-Mobile Park. The position offers an hourly wage of $26.50 and requires flexibility in working varying shifts, with a preference for open availability. As a kitchen assistant, you will play a critical supporting role in food service operations, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization within kitchen and service areas. The position is essential in supporting multiple facets of Sodexo’s operations, including restaurants, banquets, food stands, premium services, and catering events.

Responsible for sanitation, dishwashing, equipment care, and general cleaning, the kitchen assistant ensures that the workspace is always prepared and maintained for efficient service delivery. Under the supervision of kitchen leaders or supervisory staff, the role involves adhering to established procedures for waste handling, recycling, and grease disposal. The physical demands include the ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, reflecting the active and hands-on nature of the position.
