The role of Ayudante de Cocina (Kitchen Assistant) at Sodexo is a part-time position based at T-Mobile Park. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in kitchen assistant or food service roles preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Willingness to perform tasks as assigned depending on operational needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in kitchen assistant roles, sanitation, or food service support preferred
Job Duties
- Support sanitation procedures in opening and closing food service areas
- Help organize and properly store equipment, supplies, and service items
- Handle waste, recycling, and grease removal according to established procedures
- Maintain floors, drains, and work surfaces to meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds
- Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other assigned tasks which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
