- one year of experience in gourmet fine dining or high-volume restaurants
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must possess or obtain a california food handler certification

Job Duties
- support bartenders with daily shift operations including bar prep and setup
- stock and restock liquor mixers ice glassware and garnishes
- monitor guest satisfaction anticipate guest needs and address concerns or requests promptly
- assist with setting up maintaining and breaking down the back bar
- clear bars and service areas of dirty dishes and glassware using prescribed methods
- maintain cleanliness organization and proper sanitation in all work areas
- provide attentive friendly and personalized service throughout the dining experience
