Job Requirements
- valid state driver's license
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of supervisory experience in janitorial services preferably in an aviation or large facility environment
- knowledge of airport security and safety protocols
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- flexible schedule including availability for nights weekends and holidays
- familiarity with cleaning chemicals equipment and best practices
- bilingual Spanish English preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- supervise and manage janitorial staff including scheduling training and performance monitoring
- ensure all cleaning procedures comply with airport safety regulations and industry standards
- oversee daily cleaning operations in terminals restrooms lounges baggage areas and other airport facilities
- conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly
- coordinate with airport management and other departments to ensure janitorial needs are met
- manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring proper use and storage
- enforce health and safety policies including proper handling of hazardous materials
- respond to urgent cleaning requests and resolve any customer or passenger complaints regarding cleanliness
- train and mentor janitorial team members promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency
- maintain records of cleaning schedules staff attendance and performance evaluations
