Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ability to move throughout warehouse or line maintenance for 10-12 hours daily
  • ability to prioritize and sequence problem resolution
  • must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • must work outside in inclement weather
  • availability for shift work, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of dangerous goods training
  • willingness to travel up to 25 percent
  • valid driver’s license required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • knowledge of inventory management and logistics
  • experience working in aviation or maintenance environments preferred
  • ability to follow safety and operational procedures
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • proficiency in documentation and recordkeeping
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Understand TechOps requirements
  • collaborate with maintenance to ensure scheduled maintenance availability
  • collaborate with maintenance and planning to develop a 7-day schedule
  • streamline logistic requirements
  • monitor inventory levels
  • track and manage supplier discrepancies
  • implement continuous improvement of inventory integrity
  • process all incoming goods through receiving
  • validate shelf-life requirements
  • process unserviceable material through repair orders
  • ensure unserviceable material is returned timely
  • develop repair order process improvements
  • perform bin management functions
  • develop tracking system to ensure compliance
  • conduct monthly shelf-life audits
