Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation management or a senior leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards
- Proven track record of managing teams and budgets effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours
- Demonstrated capability to lead multiple departments and initiatives
- Experience with financial reporting and performance analysis
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and decisively

Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aviation division, including maintenance, flight operations, safety, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the aviation division
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of aviation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the aviation division's market presence and service offerings
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
