We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee our aviation operations division. This pivotal leadership role involves managing all facets of aviation operations including maintenance, flight operations, safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance to ensure operational excellence and financial success. The position demands robust leadership capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of the aviation sector, in-depth knowledge of safety and regulatory standards, and the aptitude to steer business growth and innovation. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the General Manager will craft and execute strategic plans to drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation management or a senior leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards
  • Proven track record of managing teams and budgets effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly and work flexible hours
  • Demonstrated capability to lead multiple departments and initiatives
  • Experience with financial reporting and performance analysis
