We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee our aviation operations division. This pivotal leadership role involves managing all facets of aviation operations including maintenance, flight operations, safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance to ensure operational excellence and financial success. The position demands robust leadership capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of the aviation sector, in-depth knowledge of safety and regulatory standards, and the aptitude to steer business growth and innovation. Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the General Manager will craft and execute strategic plans to drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This role also requires collaboration across departments and with senior management to align operational objectives with corporate goals. The position offers a competitive salary range from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The work environment is primarily office-based with regular travel to airports, client sites, and industry events to foster business development and stakeholder engagement.
