The company is deeply committed to corporate social responsibility through its DRV PNK mission, which has raised over $40 million for cancer research and treatment by partnering with cancer charities nationwide. AutoNation fosters a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment where all associates and customers feel valued and respected. The company encourages candidates from all backgrounds to join their team, emphasizing a culture centered around innovation, teamwork, and meaningful impact in the automotive industry.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with filing, preparing sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department, backing up the Sales Department Cashier when necessary, supporting the General Manager with clerical tasks, and participating in company meetings and training sessions.
Employees in this role will benefit from a competitive compensation package including 401k matching, comprehensive insurance plans covering health, dental, and vision, maternity benefits, and special associate purchase and discount programs for new and pre-owned vehicles, services, parts, accessories, and AutoGear. Furthermore, the company provides access to exclusive offers through YouDecide, a portal connecting associates to deals from top providers and retailers.
