The dealership operates with a mission to earn the respect, trust, and loyalty of its customers by upholding principles of friendliness, helpfulness, honesty, and fairness. This inclusive approach supports Fowler’s vision of being the dealer of choice in its market by providing superior products and services alongside outstanding customer experiences.

The Porter - Automotive position at Fowler Ford represents an essential role within the dealership’s operations, focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of vehicles throughout the service and sales areas. This role is particularly suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, motivated, and have a strong customer service mindset. The role also involves cleanliness and maintenance tasks such as driving vehicles through car washes, cleaning driveways and sidewalks, including snow and debris removal, and general vehicle cleanup after service work is completed.

Preparation of new and used vehicles for lot display is another critical responsibility, requiring attention to detail and thoroughness to maintain the dealership’s high standards of presentation. This entry-level position requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, physical fitness to handle tasks involving lifting and moving vehicles or equipment, and the ability to interpret safety rules and procedural instructions.

Fowler Ford offers competitive compensation based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurances, as well as a 401K employer matching plan, paid time off, and other valuable employee perks. The dealership provides educational opportunities such as student sponsorships, internships, factory, and dealership training with incentive programs designed to support career growth within the automotive industry.
