High school diploma or equivalent
one to two years related experience and/or training
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
valid driver's license and insurable
willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment

Job Duties

Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive at the service department
parking and retrieving customers' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks
remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer
inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damage immediately
clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant
assisting automotive technicians by retrieving parts, tools, or equipment
maintaining cleanliness and organization in service bays, customer waiting areas, and other designated areas
ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
