MINI of St. Louis is currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals for the role of Full Time Service Greeter and Service Porter. This position offers a balanced work schedule with no weekend requirements, appealing to candidates seeking stable weekday employment. The Service Greeter role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, while the Service Porter is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Each role is crucial to the overall service department, acting as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring that the day-to-day service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Service Greeter and Service Porter at MINI of St. Louis, you will be the face of the dealership's service department, greeting customers with a friendly and timely manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and helping to control service traffic flow and parking. Your responsibilities include ensuring that vehicles are parked in designated areas, secured properly, and that all keys are organized and stored safely. Additionally, you will assist service advisors and managers with essential paperwork and repair orders, maintaining a professional appearance and work environment at all times. The role also involves occasional shuttling of customers and performing light maintenance on vehicles such as washing, vacuuming, and fueling. Providing exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of this position, ensuring that every customer feels valued and cared for during their visit.
