Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Control service traffic flow and parking
- Ensure that vehicles are parked in assigned areas
- Make sure vehicles are locked and all keys are marked and put away correctly
- Assist Service Advisors and Service Manager with paperwork and repair orders
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Occasionally shuttle customers
- Wash and vacuum vehicles
- Fuel vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service
