Job Description

Ken Garff Automotive Group is a well-established and respected name in the automotive dealership industry, with roots dating back to 1932 when it was founded by Ken Garff. What sets Ken Garff apart from other dealership groups is its dedication to doing things differently, emphasizing continuous change, growth, and progress. The company prides itself on fostering a positive work environment where employees feel proud to be part of the organization. More than just a traditional car dealership, Ken Garff Automotive Group values its people and listens carefully to their needs, creating a workplace culture that is focused on integrity, respect, humility, growth, and teamwork. This approach extends to their dealerships, including Aloha Kia Airport, which operates under the Ken Garff umbrella and shares these core values.

Aloha Kia Airport is currently seeking a Sales Lot Attendant/Valet who embodies these values and is excited to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team. The Sales Lot Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle inventory lot by ensuring that cars are arranged neatly, fueled, washed, and properly inspected. Attention to detail is paramount, as this role involves comparing serial numbers against invoices and cataloging keys systematically to maintain order and security.

Working at Ken Garff means more than just clocking in and out. The company offers a competitive compensation package, starting at $16 per hour depending on experience, and includes a host of benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and wellness programs designed to support the overall health and well-being of employees. Additionally, employees enjoy 401k plans with company matching, paid wellness time off, holidays, and a personal purpose day. Mental health support and parental leave stipends demonstrate the company’s commitment to holistic care.

Employees at Ken Garff also benefit from a year-end bonus program known as Garff Giveback, employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service, as well as opportunities for career advancement in sales and service roles. The culture encourages high energy, positivity, and active listening, which are foundational to earning trust and fostering collaborative teamwork.

If you are a motivated individual aged 18 or older, with a valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record, and who holds a high school diploma or equivalent, you could be the perfect fit for this role. Joining Ken Garff means joining a company that not only values its employees but actively listens to them and empowers them to thrive in a fulfilling career.
