Job Requirements

Ability to be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs
Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features
Develop sales strategies and close deals
Manage customer database
Prepare sales documents, develop financing or lease structures, and finalize details of transactions
Keep abreast of new products and services
Attend and complete dealership Sales/Management Training Program
