Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service department preferred
- 1 or more years of previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record
- High level of customer service and record of customer satisfaction preferred

Job Duties
- Open and close rental agreements
- Inspect vehicles as they leave and return
- Collect information on any auto claims that arise
- File all documents for the Rental Office and Service Department
- Answer incoming calls and email leads for rentals
- Assist service department when needed on calls and customer service
- Perform miscellaneous small duties to assist other departments at the dealership when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
