Job Requirements

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
friendly and professional demeanor
strong attention to detail
must pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

Demonstrate effective communication both verbal and written
strong prioritization and organizational skills
ability to effectively respond to and resolve customer needs and problems
demonstrate a willingness to take extra measures whenever necessary to provide excellent customer service and support
basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel

Job Duties

Operate telephone switchboard and demonstrate telephone etiquette
greet customers promptly and determine the nature of their visit
direct customers to the appropriate department
maintain lounge area and copy area by keeping these areas stocked and organized
assign and keep record of dealer plates and loaner vehicles
take down payments from customers per their financing profile
