Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule including occasional Saturdays
- comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout a shift
- must be able to pass background and drug screenings
- high school diploma or equivalent required
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Welcome customers upon arrival and create a positive first impression through attentive, professional service
- manage valet parking and vehicle staging throughout the dealership lot
- transport customer vehicles to and from their homes as needed
- respond to guest questions about vehicle service, sales, and dealership amenities in person, by phone, and by email
- assist with dealership deliveries, errands, and general operational tasks as assigned
- keep the lot, service drive, and guest-facing areas clean, organized, and inviting
- operate dealership mobile and communication software accurately
- uphold all dealership policies and safety standards at all times
