This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Gerber offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $17 to $22 per hour, depending on skill, education, and experience, along with comprehensive benefits that support the success and well-being of its employees. Being an integral part of the Gerber team means contributing to a culture that values continuous improvement, safety, and a commitment to WOW Every Customer throughout every step of the repair experience.
