Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Experience with multi-line phone systems or switchboards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system or switchboard

- Provide information and assistance to clients and customers regarding our services
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
