Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems or switchboards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM
  • A friendly and professional demeanor
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
