Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system or switchboard
- manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings as needed
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- provide information and assistance to clients and customers regarding our services
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
- collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
