Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system or switchboard
  • manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings as needed
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • provide information and assistance to clients and customers regarding our services
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
  • collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
