Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Prior sales experience, retail preferred
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to follow up with customers
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budgets
  • Negotiate sales terms ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide comprehensive product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Guide customers through the digital to in-store sales experience
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and support
  • Collaborate with the Service department to enhance the customer ownership experience
