Job Description
Enterprise Mobility is a leading company in the vehicle rental and mobility solutions industry, operating well-recognized brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. As an established and industry-leading organization, Enterprise Mobility manages a comprehensive global network consisting of independent regional subsidiaries that provide an extensive range of services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company oversees a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles distributed across more than 9,500 rental locations in over 90 countries and territories. The company is committed to delivering convenient, reliable, and high-quality transportation solutions to its customers worldwide.
The part-time Automotive Detailer position at Enterprise Mobility is based in El Paso, Texas, at 8000 Gateway Blvd E. This role offers a starting pay rate of $14 per hour for roughly 25 hours per week, including specific scheduled shifts primarily in the afternoon and early evening on weekdays, with some alternating weekend hours on Saturdays and Sundays off. The company provides a robust benefits package that includes paid time off, employee discounts, and a 401k retirement plan to promote the well-being and financial security of its employees.
In this role, you will be an integral part of upholding Enterprise Mobility's commitment to the highest cleanliness standards within the automotive rental industry. The Automotive Detailer is responsible for meticulous cleaning, sanitizing, and preparation of a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans. This includes interior vacuuming, sanitizing per the company's Complete Clean Pledge, and thorough exterior washing and drying to ensure vehicles meet exceptional cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals. Additionally, the role involves inspecting vehicles to check fuel levels, warning lights, windshield condition, fluid levels, tire condition and pressure, and verifying vehicle registration and customer items. The detailer is also tasked with fueling and staging vehicles, reporting any safety concerns, and participating in maintaining the overall site appearance through cleaning and organization. The position also requires adherence to safety protocols by using personal protective equipment and ensuring that cleaning supplies and materials are adequately stocked.
Enterprise Mobility values self-improvement and expects its Automotive Detailers to engage in self-assessment and skill development while maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in vehicle preparation.
