Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- background check and drug screen required prior to hire
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- prior experience in an auto dealer office helpful but not necessary

- strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel
- excellent telephone skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Take payments from service and parts customers/create receipts
- balance cash/credit/checks daily
- filing paperwork/repair orders/parts tickets
- answer incoming phone calls (transfer/page to the correct person/department)
- make confirmation calls for service and make follow up calls for service
- schedule appointments for service customers
- make coffee and replenish snacks
- check coffee station/snacks every 2 hours
