Job Duties

  • Set sales appointments for customers to meet with the sales team
  • assist customers through calls, texts, and emails regarding vehicle inquiries
  • help customers obtain vehicle pay-off information
  • maintain professional phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • follow up with potential and current customers to ensure satisfaction
  • document appointments and customer interactions accurately
