Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set sales appointments for customers to meet with the sales team
- assist customers through calls, texts, and emails regarding vehicle inquiries
- help customers obtain vehicle pay-off information
- maintain professional phone etiquette and customer service standards
- communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- follow up with potential and current customers to ensure satisfaction
- document appointments and customer interactions accurately
