As the second largest auto glass repairer in America, Auto Glass Now has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service through its dedicated and talented team. The company is part of Driven Brands, which includes Auto Glass Now, All Star Glass, K&K Auto Glass, Perfection Auto Glass, Jack Morris Auto Glass, and A-1 Glass. This affiliation allows Auto Glass Now to leverage extensive expertise and resources to offer customers reliable and comprehensive auto glass solutions nationwide. The company operates numerous shop locations, mobile teams, and retail operations across the country, providing ample opportunities for career growth and development within the organization.

Auto Glass Now is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Shop Managers in automotive glass repair. This role provides a unique opportunity for candidates to step into leadership positions where they can guide teams of auto glass technicians working in a variety of settings including airports, retail locations, and mobile operations. While management experience is valued, it is not required. Auto Glass Now supports career growth through paid training programs where candidates are compensated at $25 per hour while learning the skills needed to manage a shop effectively. In less than 60 days, successful trainees can be promoted to Shop Manager roles with a competitive salary starting at $50,000 to $65,000 or more annually, plus additional bonuses.

Shop Managers at Auto Glass Now are leaders who coordinate daily operations, manage staff scheduling, oversee inventory, and ensure financial controls are maintained to drive shop profitability. They play a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, and training new technicians and customer service representatives, helping to cultivate a positive and high-performing team environment. The position requires hands-on involvement with customer interactions, quality assurance, and occasional support in glass repair activities. Auto Glass Now emphasizes a people-first approach, valuing friendly and energetic team members who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and excelling in their roles.

The company offers competitive benefits including paid time off, health insurance, vision and dental coverage, and a 401(k) plan with a company match for all employees. Additional perks include access to earned wages early through their myFlexPay program and a supportive work environment focused on career advancement. This role is ideal for candidates from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience in automotive shops, retail, construction, mechanics, and other skilled trades, as well as individuals seeking to enter the industry without prior experience but who possess leadership potential and a strong work ethic.
