Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary certification or equivalent culinary training and experience
- 1+ years of commercial foodservice experience
- experience in food preparation and equipment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and write
- ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
- willingness to work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
- ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- physical ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs
- ability to frequently reach at waist, shoulder, knee, floor, and occasionally overhead
- ability to lift up to 80 lbs and manage heavier items with a team lift
- ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
Job Qualifications
- Culinary certification or equivalent culinary training
- at least 1 year of commercial foodservice experience

Job Duties
- Cut, slice, dice, chop food for recipe preparation
- prep ingredients according to recipe specifications and SOPs
- prepackage condiments for prepared food items
- complete tasks at assigned work station
- assist in multiple cooking venues
- assist in technical areas and catering orders as needed
- master recipe preparation including daily production adjustments
- prepare, package, and plate fresh product
- ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- provide superior customer service
- offer detailed menu knowledge and assist guests
