This role involves a blend of physical activity and excellent interpersonal communication, requiring someone who can navigate a bustling dining room with ease while maintaining a professional and poised appearance suitable for a four-diamond environment. The Busperson engages in multiple duties such as bringing initial water, chips, salsa, and hot sauce to guests, quickly clearing and resetting tables for subsequent seatings, and assisting servers by refilling beverages and maintaining table settings. Additionally, the Busperson helps keep the restaurant and service stations organized and ready for shifts, supports the hostess with guest reservations and waiting accommodations, and conducts thorough clean-up duties post-service.

Beyond the practical aspects of the role, The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa emphasizes the importance of teamwork, respect, and professional behavior. Employees are expected to align with the resort's core values of Hands On & Heartfelt, Sincere & Focused, Collaborative & Curious, and Conscientious. This collaborative culture ensures that the resort maintains its reputation for exemplary guest interactions and effective team dynamics.

Candidates suited for this position would find an opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic and friendly team that treats every guest with the utmost importance and care. The resort recognizes that every team member plays a vital role in crafting the guest experience, making the Busperson position both impactful and rewarding. While previous hospitality experience is preferred, the resort offers a supportive environment where individuals can develop skills related to hospitality standards and guest service excellence. The role also requires compliance with health and safety regulations, including possession of a Maricopa County Food Service Worker card.
