The Attractions Attendant role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is essential to ensuring the safe operation of attractions while creating memorable experiences for guests. This position requires a dedicated individual who adheres strictly to company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards to maintain a secure and inviting atmosphere. As an Attractions Attendant, you will be responsible for operating assigned attractions only after receiving certification through comprehensive on-the-job training. Your duties will include ensuring rides and attractions comply with company procedures as well as state and federal safety regulations.
A key aspect of this role is the enforcement of rules such as age and height restrictions and the distribution of required safety equipment to guests. You will continuously monitor the attractions during operation, ensuring proper control, and assist guests in safely entering and exiting each ride. The position demands vigilance and a proactive approach to security and emergency situations, including preventing unauthorized ride operation and promptly reporting any mechanical issues or emergencies to management. Teamwork is also vital, as you will collaborate with colleagues to facilitate smooth park operations and support other duties as assigned.

This position involves physical demands such as standing and walking for extended periods, bending, squatting, gripping small objects, and handling heavier items. The work environment includes exposure to high noise levels and varying outdoor weather conditions. Availability for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation
- experience in the guest service industry with demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns is a plus
- demonstrated ability to calculate and count, read, and comprehend
- demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
