Job Requirements
- 18 years of age with proof of work authorization in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills focused on guest needs
- Professional and neat appearance adhering to company standards
- Consistent adherence to customer service standards
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous valet parking experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current clean DMV report
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to access all areas of the property
- Ability to withstand prolonged standing, bending, stretching and kneeling
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors exposed to environmental factors such as noise, dust and cigarette smoke
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining stamina and mental attitude
- Ability to lift or carry at least 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work with others and maintain positive attitude
- Ability to address stressful situations tactfully
- Ability to qualify for and obtain Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license if required

Job Duties
- Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform
- Park and retrieve vehicles as requested by customers or directed by dispatch
- Provide doorman and curb services by greeting arriving guests, assisting with luggage when required, and escorting guests to the hotel lobby
- Provide bellman services by delivering luggage to guest rooms, offering property overview, coordinating luggage check out and departure services if requested
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Issue accurate receipts when receiving vehicles
- Park all cars in specified valet areas only
- Exercise extreme caution and safety while driving guest vehicles
- Acknowledge and respond promptly to all guests in a polite, professional and courteous manner
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- Be familiar with company products, services, hours, local attractions, and entertainment to provide accurate guest information
- Operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Adhere to Wind Creek policies and procedures
- Properly use equipment and comply with safety standards
- Develop knowledge of PGCB rules, regulations and internal controls applicable to the position
- Complete all paperwork in accordance with PGCB and company standards
- Understand and comply with Wind Creek's Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan
- Provide superior customer service
- Perform other related duties as assigned
