Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and wear protective gear
ability to follow detailed instructions
reliable and punctual
flexibility to work shifts and weekends
basic reading, writing, and math skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
good communication skills
ability to work effectively in a team
basic literacy and numeracy skills
physical fitness to handle manual tasks
flexible availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to company standards
assist guests with requests such as providing amenities or directions
update supervisors on room service progress and report necessary repairs
follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
manage supplies and amenities efficiently to reduce waste
log and report lost and found items
maintain a professional appearance and wear uniform with pride
perform deep cleaning and turndown duties when required
collaborate with other departments to ensure top-quality service
complete other assigned tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed
