Job Requirements
- Physical fitness suitable for standing and moving for most of the day
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic literacy including reading, writing and basic math skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with team members

Job Duties
- Make sure rooms are always at their best and meet established standards
- Help guests with requests such as providing toiletries or directions
- Keep supervisor updated on room service progress and report repairs
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as needed
- Manage supplies and amenities while minimizing waste
- Log and report lost and found items according to procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure service quality
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown duties as assigned
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
