Lot attendants help ensure that new and used vehicles are professionally presented to customers by managing lot organization, cleanliness, and assisting with vehicle positioning. A key responsibility includes taking high-quality vehicle photos for online listings, an important aspect of modern car sales that enhances the digital presence of the dealership.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to marketing efforts by helping with the setup and display of promotional materials, reinforcing the dealership’s brand and advertising campaigns. Additionally, lot attendants assist with logistics such as moving vehicles to and from detailing areas, making sure each car is showroom-ready and meets the highest standards of presentation.

Last year alone, the company allocated over $600,000 towards employee training, demonstrating its commitment to career development. Employees can also benefit from tuition coverage for online courses via Strayer University, opening pathways for further education while working. Health benefits, including life, disability, and cancer insurance, are provided along with pet insurance, ensuring comprehensive coverage for employees and their families.
The company offers a competitive and balanced work schedule with shifts from Monday through Saturday, explicitly avoiding Sunday work, which promotes work-life balance. Additional benefits include paid vacation and personal time off, a company-matched 401(k) plan, employee discounts with over 150 vendors, and wellness programs such as a healthy living initiative. Partnerships with organizations like SoFi provide financial education and resources, while volunteer time off and parental leave reflect the company’s focus on community involvement and family support.
