Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food and beverage service
Ability to prepare coffee drinks and cocktails
Strong communication skills
Customer service orientation
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physically able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Prepare gourmet coffee drinks, smoothies and cocktails for patrons at restaurant and coffee lounge
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
Adhere to company mission, culture and values through all interactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of beverage and food service areas
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Provide guests with information about the menu and beverage options
