The Food and Beverage Attendant role within Boyd Gaming presents an exciting opportunity for dedicated individuals who are passionate about customer interaction and hospitality service. This position primarily involves receiving and processing food and beverage orders from guests within a casino environment, preparing and serving food and beverages according to established standards, and overseeing transactions at the cash register. Attendants are responsible for ensuring optimal service quality and maintaining cleanliness and operational readiness within their designated snack bar or service areas.
As part of their duties, Food and Beverage Attendants must be attentive to guests’ needs, operate various snack bar equipment, and manage transactions accurately to maintain an up-to-date and balanced cash bank. This role requires a keen sense of customer service, reliability, and the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Candidates should also be capable of lifting and maneuvering items up to 25 pounds to comply with job performance requirements.
