Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • valid passport with ability to travel internationally
  • ability to pass FAA background check
  • ability to pass drug test
  • ability to complete 6-week intensive training program
  • willingness to work flexible and contract hours

  • enforce FAA regulations
  • execute emergency evacuations
  • manage turbulence protocols
  • respond to security threats
  • respond to in-flight medical emergencies
  • administer first aid and CPR
  • utilize Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • provide sophisticated meal and beverage services
  • anticipate customer needs
  • resolve flight delays and passenger conflicts
  • accommodate special passenger requests
  • collaborate with flight crews and gate agents for smooth operations
