- ability to complete 6-week intensive training program

- enforce FAA regulations
- execute emergency evacuations
- manage turbulence protocols
- respond to security threats
- respond to in-flight medical emergencies
- administer first aid and CPR
- utilize Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
- deliver exceptional customer service
- provide sophisticated meal and beverage services
- anticipate customer needs
- resolve flight delays and passenger conflicts
- accommodate special passenger requests
- collaborate with flight crews and gate agents for smooth operations
