Workers in the dish room are responsible for maintaining all the equipment, cleaning and sanitizing, and sorting dishes and equipment according to specifications. The role requires flexibility, ability to work in a stressful environment with changing priorities, and adherence to work rules and regulations. Physical requirements include lifting and carrying 50+ lbs, pushing/pulling up to 50+ lbs for 500 ft, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours, using fingers/hands to handle equipment, and working in a high-stress environment. Employees must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required, pass a criminal background and drug screen, wear Personal Protective Equipment, and complete a pre-employment Audiogram. Environmental requirements include exposure to temperature changes, noise, walking, heavy lifting, pushing 50+ lbs, moving parts, and wet floors.
