Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, Aviation Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo operations
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and cargo procedures
- Excellent leadership skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience managing and developing diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in cargo management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise and manage daily cargo operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate with various airport services to ensure smooth and timely cargo processes
- Oversee the loading and unloading of aircraft, ensuring proper handling, and tracking of cargo
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cargo staff, including supervisors/managers and frontline employees
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement
- Ensure all cargo operations comply with relevant aviation safety regulations and company policies
