Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, Aviation Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo operations
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations and cargo procedures
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience managing and developing diverse teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in cargo management software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise and manage daily cargo operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards
  • Coordinate with various airport services to ensure smooth and timely cargo processes
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of aircraft, ensuring proper handling, and tracking of cargo
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cargo staff, including supervisors/managers and frontline employees
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement
  • Ensure all cargo operations comply with relevant aviation safety regulations and company policies
