Job Requirements

  • US citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
  • Minimum five years recent CPC experience controlling live traffic or instructing FAA personnel
  • Experience at a similar level of ATC facility as Dallas/Fort Worth International ATCT preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Professional Controller certification
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification
  • Minimum of five years recent CPC experience controlling live traffic or instructing FAA personnel
  • Strong technical proficiency with ATC automation and simulation systems
  • Demonstrated effective teaching and classroom management skills
  • Ability to mentor and support learners and Remote Pilot Operators
  • Experience interfacing with FAA personnel

Job Duties

  • Oversee and direct activities of contractor personnel in the instructional area
  • Deliver high-quality classroom and simulation laboratory training
  • Mentor students and Remote Pilot Operators (RPOs)
  • Participate in curriculum design and development
  • Interface effectively with FAA personnel to meet training needs
  • Ensure adherence to FAA standards and regulations during training delivery
  • Maintain current knowledge and skills in ATC automation and simulation systems
