The At Your Service Center Colleague role at Macy's is instrumental in ensuring customers receive seamless and personalized service. This position goes far beyond traditional cashier duties, placing the customer at the core of every interaction and transaction. As an At Your Service Colleague, you will be responsible for supporting all At Your Service activities such as Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks, all while upholding Macy's high service standards. The role demands exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will engage with a variety of customer needs, building lasting relationships through genuine hospitality and proactive assistance. This collaborative role requires you to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Whether you are helping customers pick up online orders, processing returns or maintaining a clean and organized service area, your efforts directly impact the overall shopping experience. In addition to customer interaction, the At Your Service role includes maintaining an inviting shopping environment by organizing merchandise and ensuring prompt order fulfillment, including curbside delivery. Job Requirements
