Job Duties
- Greet and connect with customers in a friendly and genuine way
- recommend products by identifying customer needs and inspiring purchases
- offer options and solutions to complete sales
- wrap merchandise and close out the customer shopping journey
- assist customers in the total store experience including device-assisted shopping
- handle Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions and ensure the collection area is organized
- monitor and facilitate timely customer pick-up of orders, including curbside delivery
- demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to drive sales and minimize returns
- sell gift cards and resolve Macy's card issues
- adhere to store audit policies and asset protection procedures
- foster an environment of acceptance, respect, and authentic connections with colleagues and customers
