Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
- minimum four years of management experience in a hotel setting
- fluent in English
- knowledge of OSHA regulations
- familiarity with local Department of Health regulations
- understanding of laws pertaining to hazardous substances
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, carrying/lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
- at least 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry
- ability to fluently speak, read, and understand English
- familiarity with OSHA and local Department of Health regulations
- knowledge of current laws governing the handling of hazardous substances
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Interview and hire new employees
- receives and resolve guest complaints
- assign duties to department heads and observe performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures
- support the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day-to-day operation of the hotel
- step in and act as General Manager in their absence
