Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as an assistant general manager or equivalent in fast-casual or full-service restaurant
- excellent leadership and team management abilities
- financial knowledge including P&Ls, labor, COGS, and inventory
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to coach and develop diverse teams
- enthusiasm for hospitality and sustainability
- able to travel briefly during training

Job Duties
