The role of Assistant Front Desk (Guest Services) Manager at Watermark BR is a full-time position reporting directly to the Guest Services Manager or Director of Rooms. This position plays a crucial role in providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests from pre-arrival through their entire stay. The Assistant Front Desk Manager ensures a premium guest experience while simultaneously working to maximize room revenue and occupancy. This position requires the ability to multitask effectively and maintain high hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team in supervising front desk operations and handling guest requests, reservations, and room assignments with professionalism and efficiency. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- College course work in related field helpful
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license from the applicable state

Job Duties
- Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow the rate-quoting scenario
- Monitor all VIP and special guest requests
- Review Front Office log and Trace File daily
- Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system
- Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner
- Be familiar with all in-house groups
