This role offers the chance to develop and hone skills in team leadership, quality control, guest service, and regulatory compliance while contributing directly to the guest experience in a fast-paced, culturally rich, and guest-centric setting. Ideal candidates will be experienced in multi-outlet management and adaptable to diverse service environments with a passion for hospitality and excellence.
Employing a strategic and hands-on approach, the F&B Assistant Manager supports labor cost control, promotes food safety and sanitation, and ensures smooth shift operations, making this role instrumental in achieving the resort’s operational goals. The position requires a commitment to reliability, excellent communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail, all within the vibrant backdrop of one of Washington’s premier hospitality venues. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
