Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling and budget management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling
  • Valid alcohol awareness certification preferred

  • Prior leadership experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Knowledge of menu planning and cost control
  • Ability to train and mentor staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with financial management related to food and beverage

Job Duties

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the restaurants
  • Create and assist with schedules of all food and beverage outlets to increase profitability
  • Work with chefs and outlet managers/supervisors to design mouth-watering menus catering to specific customer markets
  • Monitor food, beverage and labor costs of each sub-department
  • Assist in food and beverage training programs, including alcohol awareness and proper food handling
  • Ensure the resort's service and food standards are met every day resulting in exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Lead, select, coach, teach, develop, and mentor our talented outlets teams
  • Maximize the resort's profitability by utilizing financial tools and strategies to improve department revenues and control departmental expenses and productivity
