Job Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in reception or front office
- Must be fingerprinted prior to reporting to work including arrest notifications
- CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification including Adult and Child/Infant required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks such as folding, stapling, typing
- Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents
- Physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word
Job Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED

- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
- CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification obtained within 30 days of hire from approved organizations
Job Duties
- Answer multi-line telephone system with large call volume including relaying information and directing calls to the appropriate persons
- Greet and assist visitors entering the Association office while monitoring front-door access to ensure only authorized individuals are permitted admittance
- Maintain department directories
- Manage Association office conference and meeting room reservations
- Complete office supply orders and delivery notifications
- Receive and sign for incoming deliveries on behalf of the Association and ensure proper notification of receipt
- Respond to all email inquiries and questions submitted
- Provide administrative support to a variety of assignments as requested
- Ensure all functions are carried out in accordance with stipulated Association protocols and procedures
- Perform repetitive motion projects such as folding, stapling, typing, and stuffing envelopes
- Exhibit excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Use Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Word
- Adhere to security protocols at all times
- Act swiftly in emergency situations as needed
