The role of Ticketing, Marketing, and Event Management Associate with the Providence Bruins offers a unique opportunity to be involved in multiple facets of the team’s operations and events coordination. This full-time position requires a driven individual who will be responsible for ticket sales initiatives, marketing strategies, and comprehensive event management for the Providence Bruins and other events associated with the PSE Agency, including those held at the Amica Mutual Pavilion and the Rhode Island Convention Center. The associate will work closely with existing clients, fostering ongoing relationships while aggressively pursuing new business across different ticketing platforms to maximize sales and increase membership subscriptions. The position covers all areas of group ticketing—from sales to event management—ensuring successful experiences for groups attending games and events. In addition, the role includes responsibilities tied to game-day operations, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and the management of special events tied to the team and venue. Performance responsibilities also extend to working at Providence Bruins home games and selected events at the Amica Mutual Pavilion during the event season, offering hands-on experience in event execution and customer engagement. Candidates must demonstrate a serious work ethic, accountability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the sports and entertainment industry.
