Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensure products meet company quality standards
- Drive customer-focused culture by resolving customer issues and training managers and crew to meet or exceed service standards
- Track, analyze and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure food safety standards are met
- Develop and drive restaurant annual operating plan
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory and other controllable accounts and take corrective action to meet margin and sales growth targets
- Train and mentor subordinates on financial analyses and profitability tips
- Develop store CAPEX requests and liaise with vendors
- Ensure facilities and equipment meet company standards
- Monitor inventory, food preparation and order fulfillment daily
- Establish restaurant speed with service (SWS) targets, monitor performance and resolve bottlenecks
- Oversee weekly management and crew schedules
- Direct all restaurant HR activity including hiring decisions, Learning Zone planning, performance management, compensation and employee relations up to termination
- Provide training for management staff and develop Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers
- Develop and monitor staffing plans and direct crew sourcing
- Manage work environment to ensure fair and equitable treatment and compliance with workplace regulations
- Achieve restaurant annual operating plan and margin improvements
- Monitor weekly restaurant performance in sales, labor, and COGS
- Track PRC results, DISSAT scores, Learning Zone certification levels, crew turnover and staffing levels
