This division primarily focuses on delivering life insurance products such as whole life, universal life, term, and linked-benefit policies through Brokerage General Agencies (BGAs) and producers that cater to ultra-high-net-worth clients. \n\nThe Associate New Business Concierge acts as a pivotal link coordinating and managing the new business process from case submission to policy delivery and commission payments. The position demands an individual who thrives in a detail-oriented, high-paced environment with excellent organizational and communication skills. Candidates are expected to manage multiple stakeholders including internal departments such as Underwriting, Sales Support, Licensing & Contracting, Disbursements, and Field Directors, along with external BGA and broker partners.\n\nThis role is essential in providing best-in-class customer service, proactive case management, and resolving complex issues that may arise during the business lifecycle. It requires a high degree of ownership and accountability, balancing urgent priorities while maintaining service level agreements. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and training new team members, contributing to process improvement initiatives, and supporting special projects as needed.\n\nThe position is hybrid, requiring presence three days per week, offering a balanced work-life environment that embraces flexibility. The salary range for the position is between $47,500 and $72,500, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses based on individual and company performance.
