The Associate Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role within the Marketing Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology and Operations. This role is integral to maintaining efficient and effective workflows and supporting the execution of the company’s event management strategy. The incumbent works closely with Distribution and Brand teams to coordinate, plan, and deliver marketing events at both regional and national levels. Critical to success in this role are exceptional organizational skills, a proactive and customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects simultaneously. The position requires keen attention to detail, the capacity to manage priorities with a sense of urgency, and proficiency in workflow systems like Monday.com. Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent
- two plus years experience in a process-oriented, coordination, or operations role
- experience with workflow systems preferred

Job Qualifications
- Two plus years experience in process-oriented, coordination, or operations roles
- experience with workflow systems such as ServiceNow, Monday.com, or Asana preferred
- strong relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills among stakeholders at various levels
- ability to negotiate and adapt to competing and changing priorities
- positive, solutions-oriented attitude managing multiple deadlines in high-energy environments
- collaborative and proactive work approach with strong ownership and follow-through
- comfortable with technology and quick to learn new online systems including event registration and vendor platforms
- multichannel expertise across web, print, social media, video, and email
- strong written and verbal communication skills conveying status, risks, and next steps clearly
- experience working in multi-functional teams and matrix organizations
Job Duties
- Monitoring and facilitating the flow of projects through workflow systems such as Monday.com
- coordinating logistics, sponsorships, and brand presence at regional and national industry events
- providing administrative support for events including registration coordination and pre-event logistics
- executing a range of administrative tasks supporting Brand and Marketing efforts
- monitoring and advocating for adherence to brand standards across creative development and review processes
- identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement in workflows, tools, and ways of working
- serving as a key point of contact between Marketing Operations, Brand, and Distribution teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- performing other duties as assigned
