Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • two plus years experience in a process-oriented, coordination, or operations role
  • experience with workflow systems preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • proactive and solution-focused mindset
  • technology proficiency and quick adaptability
  • familiarity with multichannel marketing platforms
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Job Qualifications

  • Two plus years experience in process-oriented, coordination, or operations roles
  • experience with workflow systems such as ServiceNow, Monday.com, or Asana preferred
  • strong relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills among stakeholders at various levels
  • ability to negotiate and adapt to competing and changing priorities
  • positive, solutions-oriented attitude managing multiple deadlines in high-energy environments
  • collaborative and proactive work approach with strong ownership and follow-through
  • comfortable with technology and quick to learn new online systems including event registration and vendor platforms
  • multichannel expertise across web, print, social media, video, and email
  • strong written and verbal communication skills conveying status, risks, and next steps clearly
  • experience working in multi-functional teams and matrix organizations

Job Duties

  • Monitoring and facilitating the flow of projects through workflow systems such as Monday.com
  • coordinating logistics, sponsorships, and brand presence at regional and national industry events
  • providing administrative support for events including registration coordination and pre-event logistics
  • executing a range of administrative tasks supporting Brand and Marketing efforts
  • monitoring and advocating for adherence to brand standards across creative development and review processes
  • identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement in workflows, tools, and ways of working
  • serving as a key point of contact between Marketing Operations, Brand, and Distribution teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • performing other duties as assigned
